In my attempt to skip the small talk and platitudes you find on “About” pages, let me start by saying this—my life is centered on the person of Jesus.

And I’m incredibly proud of that.

He saved me from myself above all things, but specifically, from pornography addiction, people, pleasing, and a life of performing. And because of that, I live my life dedicated to creating spaces where people can live in the freedom I’ve discovered myself.

Freedom from hiding.

I bring this zeal into every space I’m entrusted with, whether it’s speaking on a stage, creative directing behind the scenes, consulting with a business or organization, or developing strategy for campaigns.

With a background in neuroscience, a master’s degree in theology, and a multihyphenate creative backbone, my heart is to help you (and those you lead) go from being hidden to truly living naked and unashamed.

Outside of the very “big girl” things I do, I love an oatmilk latte with vanilla. I’m currently trying to reach my reading goal on GoodReads which means my Kindle is attached to my hip.
I don’t play about Wii Sports or my husband (two extremely important things to me except one is definitely more important than the other!!!).

And I love a good adventure! I’ve been going on more since my husband and I moved to Chicago from Atlanta in February 2026! Oh and if you ever wanna talk music or vintage or A Different World of Michael Jackson or food or lactose intolerance, I’m ya girl.
